How should I store my bread?
The ability to store fresh bread varies depending on climate. As there are no preservatives in our bread, the warmer the temperature the quicker it will attract mould. We recommend storing your fresh bread in the refrigerator.
Can I freeze my bread?
Yes! The loaves have great freezing and thawing characteristics.
Why is your bread so unlike any other gluten free bread available?
Our bread is made from a special recipe that has been tried, tested and adjusted for over 25 years. Each loaf is individually hand made to ensure the very best quality.
Is your bread yeast free?
No, unfortunately bread this light & fluffy and so close to normal wheat bread can not be achieved without yeast.
Is your bread GM free?
All our flour products, raising agents and additives are
supplied by a dedicated GM free supplier. Our Canola oil is GM free.
Where can i buy your bread?

What is the difference between each of your breads?
Our base bread is the White, then we add either sugar, spice and fruit (fruit bread) or grains (multigrain bread) to
make each one.
How do I know that the bread are baked in a
dedicated Gluten Free environment?
Our bakery is sealed and secure from any other area, it is a 100% dedicated gluten free environment. No gluten ever enters this area. Being gluten intolerant myself I am well aware of cross contamination
and it is not possible in our bakery.
Are all your products gluten free?
Yes, all products produced from Oma's Gluten Free are gluten free. Our bread is also dairy, egg free and vegan.
